New Year News!

Our New Schedule & Next Restorative Yoga Workshop

Happy New Year, Beautiful Community!

We are extra excited for what 2024 has in store!!

We hope you are easing into the new year! We also hope you set intentions to be the best you can be to You this year! This means making self-care a priority. Remember, there is a rippling effect!

To support you in your self-care commitment we made some changes to our weekly schedule. We have also brought back monthly restorative yoga workshops. We hope these time changes, class additions & monthly restorative workshops make it even easier for you to keep up with your "you time".

Restorative Yoga Workshop

9am – Core Connection (mat Pilates with Paul Suarez)
*12:30pm – Simple Stretch (In-Person Only)
*6:30pm – All levels Yoga

TUESDAY
7am – AM Yoga Express (50mins – Online Only)
9am – Yoga 101
*6pm – Vinyasa 1-2
*7:30 – Sweet Spot (Stretch Flow)

THURSDAY
*5pm – All Levels Yoga (begins 1/11)
*6:30pm – Vinyasa 1-2

FRIDAY
9am – Sweet Spot (Stretch Flow)
12:30pm – All Levels Yoga
*5:30pm – POSTnatal Baby & Me Yoga (pre-crawlers only)

SATURDAY
9:30am – Hatha & Flow 1-2
12pm – Simple Stretch (In-Person Only)

SUNDAY
9am – Yoga 101
11:15am – Sunday Flow (All Levels)
2pm – PREnatal Yoga
