Happy December, Beautiful community!!
 
I hope we are finding time for selfcare! The end of year holidays can be very outputting, make sure you are inputting.
 
Thank you to all who answered our 6 question survey! If you haven’t, click here. Last Day to participate is Monday, December 18th. We always want to better serve our community. We don’t know what times work best for you unless you tell us.
 

Our new schedule will begin 1/2/2024.

We ask that you book your reservation as soon as you know you can make it. We have updated our cancelation policy to 3 hours instead of the 5hr we had during the pandemic. Classes that do not meet our minimum will be canceled 2 hours before class is set to begin. We so appreciate your understanding.

Holiday Schedule

We will be open Sunday December 24th (Christmas Eve)
  • 9am - Yoga 101
  • 11:15am – Sunday Flow (all levels)
  • 2pm – Prenatal Yoga is canceled this day.
We will be closed from Monday December 25th – January 1st. We will reopen 1/2/2024, our new schedule begins this day.
