Beginners to Yoga Workshop Series
3 Sundays: January 18th, 25th & February 1st
This 3-week Yoga for Beginners workshop is designed for those who are new to yoga or looking to build a strong, comfortable foundation. Each week introduces essential poses, breathing techniques, and simple movement sequences in a supportive, beginner-friendly environment.
You will learn proper alignment, how to move safely, and ways to modify poses to suit your individual body. Classes move at a steady, approachable pace, allowing time for questions, rest, and hands-on guidance. Along the way, you’ll also be introduced to basic mindfulness and relaxation practices to help reduce stress and improve overall well-being. Must reserve.
